I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. My current advisors are Dr. Jürgen P. Schulz and Professor Larry Smarr. My current project is Volume Rendering and my work is supported by National Center for Microscopy and Imaging Research (NCMIR). I was fortunate enough to start my PhD study with Professor Andrew A. Chien (Concurrent Systems Architecture Group) until his leave, and to explore various projects with Professor Scott B. Baden (Scientific Computation Group).
