I'm a 5th year Ph.D. Candidate focusing in Computer Graphics and Vision. I am from Seoul, Korea, but I was born in beautiful Monterey Bay, California. I spent four wonderful years as a mathematics and music student at Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California. I recieved my MS in Computer Science in Fall 2006, after completing my research exam, which was about reconstructing a 3D surface from point samples. Right now, I'm finished with classes, and I'm doing research full-time on deformable shape matching and alignment. At the same time, I'm actively involved in many ministries at San Diego Calvary Korean Church. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the piano, singing in my church choir, reading the bible, and meeting friends.
